Mac McCrary is a dedicated veteran and seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the home repair industry. His service in the U.S. Army, including combat deployment, shaped a work ethic built on discipline, resilience, and accountability.

Mac’s background includes a wide range of construction and renovation expertise. From structural repairs to full-scale remodels, he brings a practical, solutions-first approach to every job. His leadership style combines military precision with a deep commitment to client satisfaction, making him the driving force behind the company’s hands-on quality and dependable results.

Chief Financial Officer

Keyna McCrary brings a unique blend of business leadership and social impact to Top Dog Home Solutions. With an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Social Work, she has dedicated more than 25 years to serving communities through roles in mental health and the criminal justice system.

Keyna’s expertise lies in bridging strategy with real-world outcomes. She has led large-scale initiatives focused on aligning services with community needs, and she applies the same thoughtful, people-centered approach to managing the company’s operations. Her leadership ensures that Top Dog runs with both efficiency and heart.
